At Imeca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If a product doesn't meet your needs, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Imeca account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit one of our local Imeca showrooms for an in-person return.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware or materials, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
